My flight leaves late night, can i keep my room ?

We do offer late check out rooms at some of our hotels that you can pre-book before you depart.

If we can’t arrange a late checkout for you, please speak to the reception staff when you arrive at your hotel to arrange this.

Late checkout rooms cannot be guaranteed at all our hotels.

What service can i expect in resort ?

Do i get meal when i check out ?

If you are leaving between 1AM to 7AM you are entitled to ask the hotel front office about breakfast box. 
in case of check out at other times you may ask the front office if it’s possible to get snacks for the way to airport, however it’s still hotel policy discretion.


What dress code for dinner at my hotel ?

Dress codes can vary between hotels. We do recommend that gentlemen pack a pair of long trousers to wear for dinner, as hotels usually insist on this.

However as we are working on summer and tropical destinations, shorts and summer dresses does the job usually.


What's welcome event / what's arrival briefing or meeting ?

Soon after arriving at your accommodation our team of local experts are based in our destinations and are there to give advice, help arrange activities and days out and support you with any issues you may have.

Our reps will invite you to a welcome event which will provide you with useful information & tips – helping you get the most from your holiday. 


Can i book A La Carte Restaurant before i arrive to hotel ?

It’s not possible to pre book an a la carte restaurant before you travel.  Once you arrive at your hotel you can speak to reception or concierge to arrange this.

 

If, on arrival, your hotel isn’t as we’ve described, we’ll sort the issue out or move you to another hotel of the same standard within 24-hours of you contacting our Rep service, either in person or over the phone.

In the unlikely event that we can’t sort the issue out for you or we can’t find somewhere else for you to stay, you’ll have the following  choice:

Continue with your holiday at the hotel you’ve booked and we’ll send you a voucher for 20% of the amount you paid for your holiday. We really want you to come back, so you can use the voucher towards the cost of a new holiday with us, staying at one of the hotels where our 24-hour Hotel Satisfaction Promise applies.


how do i find my return transfer pick up time ?

Your departure transfer pick-up details will be available to you 48 hrs before you fly back home. Usually departure pick-up transfer is set 4 hours prior flight. Here’s what you can do

  1. During your first meeting tour guide will inform you with pick-up time.
  2. You will be contacted by your tour guide in case of changes in flight schedule and new pick-up time.
  3. Or you can Email or message us 48 hrs before and we will confirm your details.
  4. Contact your destination operation office sent to you with package details.

Are transfers included in my trip package ?

Transfers are included automatically in most of our package holidays. These are shown in the What’s included section when searching for holidays on the ananastour.com

We’ll also confirm this inside your travel documents.


How do i find my transfer when i arrive to airport at destination ?

When you arrive at the airport, you’ll be met by our Ananas Tours Holiday Reps.  They’ll usually be waiting for you inside the terminal or outside the terminal.
You can recognize our team by our unique uniform / flag / signs with our logo, or in rare cases if you are the only family arriving at that time you will find tour rep with sign holding your name on it.

You’ll then be shown to the bus that will take you to your hotel.


does my baby get a seat on the bus to resort ?

Infants under 2 don’t get their own seat on the resort transfer.

Instead, they need to sit on an adult’s lap.
