When you book a holiday with Ananas Tours, you will receive your holiday confirmation package along with itineraries of the package,
the tour vouchers will be sent to you via mail or you can download them through your dashboard.
vouchers includes: Flight tickets(Flight number & time), Hotel Confirmation, Contacts of our reps., any additional services booked through us.

If you book your holiday package with us, the following cancellation charges will be applied according to how many days you cancelled your trip before departure.

Days before departure date Cancellation Fee
More than 84 days Full tour operator deposit of €150 per person 
84-64 days 20% (or loss of full tour operator deposit if greater)
63-50 days 50% (or loss of full tour operator deposit if greater)
49-29 days 70% (or loss of full tour operator deposit if greater)
28-15 days 90% (or loss of full tour operator deposit if greater)
14 days or fewer 100% cost of holiday

Only the Lead name on the booking can ask us to cancel it or to remove any of the named customers. The cancellation charges shown above will apply from the date we receive your cancellation instruction over the phone, or through our Live Chat service. If you need to cancel your booking, just give us a call or chat to one of our Travel Agents by clicking on the contact buttons below.
Cancellation fees will apply. If you’ve booked a trip from the Hotel,City Break or accommodation only.
Note: The above cancellation charges apply to all bookings, except where a booking includes items or services for which our supplier’s own cancellation charges are more than the ones shown above. In that case, any additional cancellation charges will be advised at the time of booking, or a higher (non-refundable) deposit or full payment will be payable at the time of booking to cover the potential cancellation charge. If any member of the booking cancels and you can’t fill that person’s place, you may have to pay extra for your accommodation. For example, you may have to pay single or under-occupancy supplements. If you cancel, you must still pay any insurance premiums and amendment charges which arose before the cancellation, and any deposits paid for any pre-booked items or services.

Your departure transfer pick-up details will be available to you 48 hrs before you fly back home. Usually departure pick-up transfer is set 4 hours prior flight. Here’s what you can do

  1. During your first meeting tour guide will inform you with pick-up time.
  2. You will be contacted by your tour guide in case of changes in flight schedule and new pick-up time.
  3. Or you can Email or message us 48 hrs before and we will confirm your details.
  4. Contact your destination operation office sent to you with package details.

On flight (luggage - weight - assistance)

It’s up to airlines rules what a passenger is actually allowed on flight. due to the use of charter holiday flights. usually you will be allowed. 

  • 1 Piece of luggage Weight 20 KGs
  • Pets (Maybe) allowed on specific airline at additional cost. PS. Some airline don’t support
  • Sports equipment are allowed at additional cost.
  • alcoholic drinks from duty free are allowed by limited amount per person.
  • Drugs are prohibited by all means.
  • Medical devices are allowed by default as long as it doesn’t contain any Dangerous goods materials. 


In Resorts & Hotels

Most of our hotel deals are all inclusive which means you will have full accommodation along with 3 meals per day and free beverage. 

  • Pets aren’t allowed by default, please consult with our customer service before you decide to bring a pet (ex. Cat – Dog )
